redesign has a series of stages that we can offer the client. The below information is a an overview of what we can provide and is tailored to suit the requirements of each project. This is a guide only and a full scope is always determined and confirmed prior to our appointment.
Stage 1: |
Design Brief and Analysis
The process starts with an indepth briefing stage which forms the requirements for the project. |
Stage 2: |
Planning and Concept Development
From the brief, redesign begins project planning and concept development. We provide each project with a set of renders to show the design intent, mood imagery and finishes selection. |
Stage 3: |
Brand Development
redesign has an inhouse Graphic design team that develops the brand, compiling logos, uniforms and collateral. From this the client can choose to appoint our company to compile brand manual documentation including interior and operational manuals for a franchise module.
Stage 4: |
Detailed documentation
redesign will develop the approved concept into construction documentation. Depending on the location of the project, we will appoint local engineers to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services documentation.
Stage 5: |
Bill of Quantities and Tendering Process
redesign will compile the bill of quantities spreadsheets for the tendering process. We can provide a full analysis of the tender information and appoint the approved contractors on behalf of the client.
Stage 6: |
Project Liaison
redesign will oversee the project for the design intent for the duration of the contract. Depending on the location, redesign will be present in the latter stages of the project for the site handover to the client and carry out inspections and reviews of the construction. |
