![]() | Mike brings to redesign over 25 years international project management experience built on the strong base of a professional quantity surveying degree. Mike initially worked on large central London projects including mixed use office, retail and residential Thames side developments, Docklands printing press facilities and airport work as well as Construction Management and Facilities Management. After moving to New Zealand key property roles included QS, project management and tenancy coordination for two large Malls, office refurbishments and exchange equipment room projects, FM and general consulting on large commercial portfolios and managing the property team for an expanding national franchised supermarket chain. |

![]() | Alan was Architecturally trained at Christchurch Polytechnic. Alan ran his own design business specialising in hospitality fitouts throughout NZ and Australia from 1989 to 2009. During this time Alan won various top Architectural Designers awards and won the Innovator of the Year Award from the NZ Restaurant Association in 2007. Alan brings to redesign his Architectural and Interiors hospitality experience into Redesign's broader realm. |

![]() | Zubair started his career as an Architectural Consultant in India in 1997. He then joined a MNC group in Dubai in the capacity of Architect and Interior Designer, specialising in Airports & Retail interiors. To add value to his career and gain more exposure in the engineering aspects of construction, he joined a reputed construction firm in Dubai itself, specialising in pre-engineered building structures. He was involved in the construction of Shopping Malls, Hi-tech Corporate offices and car showrooms across U.A.E. Zubair moved back to India in 2010 to join a Project Management Consultancy as Senior Project Manager in F&B for the Indira Gandhi International Airport project, New Delhi. |

![]() | Jasmine joined redesign in 2009 after more than five years professional experience in residential and commercial design. Jasmine studied at Christchurch Polytechnic and graduated with a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture. Having joined redesign, Jasmine has spent two months in India overseeing the development of 24 hospitality and retail sites at the Delhi International airport. Currently based in Kuwait, Jasmine runs the redesign office facilitating work throughout the Middle East Region and has recently been involved in taking redesign to Baghdad where she has presented in front of the Iraqi National Business Council. |

![]() | Nilima was the first to join our India team after spending over 4 Years in the Architecture and Interior Design industry. Nilima’s first appointment, after attending a Bachelor of Interior Design at Nagpur University, was at Satellier, Noida in 2007 where she worked on many prestigious and large multi-disciplined projects within the international architectural fraternity. This work continued on to Adonis Designs in Gurgaon extending her skill set even further and adding to her repertoire of applications including AutoCAD, Revit and 3D packages. |

![]() | Rekha was our second designer for the newly setup India office. Prior to this, Rekha has gained many years’ experience in the field of interior design and Architecture. Rekha began her career by completing an Interior Design course at Kala Vidya Sankul School of Art & Design, Mumbai. After this she worked as an Interior Designer for commercial and residential projects from concept development to completion. In 2008 Rekha moved to Delhi while continuing to work on residential and commercial projects including 5 star hotel developments in India and Japan. |

![]() | Marwa completed her Bachelor of Architectural studies majoring in Interior Architecture at the School of Architectural Studies, Christchurch Polytechnic in 2009. Prior to this Marwa studied towards a Bachelor of Design majoring in Visual Communication in 2001 at Christchurch Polytechnic after which she worked in both Graphic design and Residential Interior design fields. With a strong passion for interiors, and looking for new design challenges, Marwa recently joined the team at Redesign to start a career designing more commercially focused projects. |

![]() | Seiko started her career as an architectural interior designer in Tokyo after completing a Bachelor of Engineering and Architecture at Nihon University in 1999. Seiko then worked for 4 years in interior design, restaurant operation consultation and managing interior design projects for individual restaurants, restaurant franchises and offices. Seiko’s passion for travel and nature lead her to immigrate to NZ where in Christchurch and Auckland, she has worked as a 3D modeller in animation and still images for architectural, energy and infrastructure projects. |

![]() | Julian joined us in 2010 from Wellington where after studying Graphic Design, he collaborated on the rebranding of Consumer NZ and continued on to design the Consumer Magazine for several years. Prior to this, many years experience was gained in the signwriting industry with particular focus on commercial and retail brand development. Julian brings to redesign an amalgamation of these skills to provide a thorough brand and identity process for our clients. |
